Casual Hex

I just pre-ordered Textpattern Solutions: PHP-Based Content Management Made Easy. Whew, that’s a long title. Hopefully I wont be disappointed. I’m really loving Textpattern, it’s what I use here at Casual Hex. Though, I wouldn’t judge TxP by this site— it’s far from what I’d usually put online live.

Those involved in writing the book (Cody Lindley, Kevin Potts, Nathan Smith and Robert Sable) are far from being nobodies in the TxP community so my purchase should provide much more value than it cost me. I hope so, my pockets are not exactly overflowing with wealth these days. New house, new car, new baby… doesn’t lend to saving.

Ten more days until the book is released. :(
