And I Thought Buying a Car Was "Adult"

Posted Dec 22, 2006 @ 8:40 am UTC · Comments

So, in 90 minutes Christina and I are signing our lives away on a house in southeast Huntsville. We’re paying six figures for something… over 30 years. That’s just.. it hasn’t sunk in yet. Twelve years ago when I bought my first car I thought that was a big deal. Up until that moment the most expensive item I’d bought was a Super NES console system. Now, at the age of 35, I’m signing my life away for a house. My own house. Well, Christina’s too. :)

That’s just so cool.
